Visual damages must be noted on the bill of lading for truck shipments at the time of delivery, and for UPS shipments the driver must note the damage at the time of delivery prior to your signing for the shipment. All visual damage must be reported to A&A Midwest within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
All concealed damages must be reported to A&A Midwest within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
All shortages must be reported to A&A Midwest within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.

The recipient agrees that it will pay A&A Midwest Rebuilders Suppliers, Inc. reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs incurred in any collection action with regard to this invoice. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof and each party irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that it will not commence any action, litigation, or proceeding of any kind whatsoever against any other party in any way arising from or relating to this Agreement and all contemplated transactions, in any forum other than the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and any appellate court thereof. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and agrees to bring any such action, litigation, or proceeding only in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or, if such court does not have subject matter jurisdiction, the courts of the State of Illinois sitting in Cook County, Illinois. Each party agrees that a final judgment in any such action, litigation, or proceeding is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
